Recently with Google’s recent algo updates lots of questions
have been raised whether link building is there or dead. The answer to the
question is its still there but it should be done with caution, not that we go
anywhere and add our link, it should be done in proper way.
As now Google algo is looking for good and trustworthy links
and giving less importance to links from bad quality sites, we must concentrate
to acquire links from good sites. To identify good links we have to see the
domain age, the page rank the website has etc. The other thing is user
information, how long a user stays on a website, so the site must be relevant
to search keywords, more bounce rate means site will not rank.
Submitting to good directory still works, before submitting
just make sure the site has a page rank and also max pages are crawled by Google,
else submitting to it will do no good to you. Same way submitting in quality
article directories will also help. Do not submit one article to more
directories one article to max 5 article directories.
Alternatively, one can think of outsourcing to save cost,
there are many firms offering affordable link building services.
